The Leading Auctioneers www.abcauctions.co.zw

We deal with everything we sell as if it belonged to ourselves.

Auction Floors: Sellers wishing to dispose of goods can either deliver them to our sales floors, telephone us to arrange collection, or contact us to arrange viewing if the quantity or size of goods for sale will require an auction onsite. Should you be delivering your goods to our premises for sale, which can be done during normal business hours on any day of the week, you will be required to go to our Receiving Department with your identification where our staff will explain to you the process and complete and issue you with a Goods Received Voucher. The Goods Received Voucher number will become your reference for future enquiries on your goods.

Payment for goods sold can be effected within 24 hours of sale and you do not need to wait for one payment, but can request payments as and when required.

All goods are consigned under our Standard Terms and Conditions of Acceptance, copies of which are available upon request.

Our knowledge, professionalism and service get you the results.

Vehicle Auctions: Vehicle auctions are conducted on Thursdays at 10.30am and our sales consist of two Quality Drive Though Vehicle Auctions, one Heavy/Versatile Vehicle Auction (accident damaged and non-runners) per month.

Entries for these sales close on the Monday prior to the Sale and a prospective seller must bring in the vehicle, together with its' Registration Book, the registered owner and their Identification. Company vehicles must also be accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from Management, instructing ABC Auctions to sell the vehicle/equipment on their behalf.

The vehicle is cross checked on our computer data base and assessed by one of our experienced Valuers. We will then indicate to you the current market value that can be realized for your vehicle, and if acceptable to yourself an Entry is effected. The vehicle is checked through the Police, Central Vehicle Registration and Hire Purchase cleared and then prepared for sale on the next appropriate sale. Your vehicle is marketed extensively through the local newspapers, via direct marketing products and displayed for viewing within our yard pending the auction.

All cheques for vehicles sold, are ready for collection on the Monday morning after the auction and ABC Auctions takes care of the arduous task of Police Clearance and Change of Ownership formalities on your behalf.

All vehicles and Equipment are consigned under our Standard Terms of Conditions of Acceptance, copies of which are available upon request.
